Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Lid handles and long handles feature heat breaks to help them stay cool on the cooktop during use. Long handles feature a finger stop that guides your hand to the perfect grip for comfort, balance and control. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. The glass lids are oven safe to 350°F. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Elevate your cooking experience with Calphalon Premier, and enjoy the exceptional performance with endless possibilities. Designated chemical disclosure: this product contains PTFE, aluminum, and stainless steel (iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, copper, phosphorus).

I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

As a set, it would be nice if it came with a steamercolander pot. But overall, decent for the price when comparing it to the top-tier companies like All-Clad. The pans are on the smaller side, but you can still get the job done. If your like me, care about your pans looks nice. I’d definitely also purchase cleaning tools like the specific stainless steel scrubber and Bar Keeper’s cleaner to make sure they look nice over time!. Anonymous. Tue Sep 15 2026

This 15-piece Calphalon cutlery set offers a selection of essential knives for chopping, dicing, slicing, and more. The bolstered, stainless steel blades stay sharp for a lifetime, due to SharpIN technology ceramic sharpeners built into the knife block.

I was hesitant on buying. Majority of knives rust so quick, I can’t say if these do or not. But for the last several months I’ve used I clean and dry immediately. But what I can say is they they’re ultra sharp and stay that way after many uses. Gorgeous looking as well!. Dylan. Sun Jul 19 2026

Whether you are preparing a delicate hollandaise sauce, steaming savory wild rice, or simmering a hearty soup, no other piece of cookware offers more reliable results. I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026
