I use them in my powder room since I don’t have a overhead light love that they come on when you walk around, and if they don’t turn on during the daylight. Bought it place along the baseboard of the long hallway, so I can see the floor in the dark. I keep the remote in the LR, I bought the compatible wall mounted touch pad for the end of the hallway to turn it off. Better than turning on the overhead light, and I don't have to get up, turn on light, then go back to LR or kitchen to turn off lights in those rooms. These lights were perfect for the space. One for an under cabinet open space I use to keep bread, etc. the other was on top of a very large cabinet that absorbed light especially at night. I dimmed it and put it on an automatic push button switch to make the room have a gentle light in a dark area.
