Love the bench. Had to do a little staining on it, but other than that love it! Seller did give me a discount due to the areas that needed to be satined and were missed before shipping. Appreciated the little discount as well. Looks perfect. I have been looking for a bench for my home for over a year. This one is perfect.. Janice. Texas. Sat Aug 15 2026

Very well built. Quality. Took my husband a bit of time assembling, as he put a piece on backwards. Instructions weren’t the best. Once it was completed, it was beautiful. Would highly recommend! The storage area can hold a couple of light throws or more flat objects. Kmf. USA. Sun Jun 28 2026

At 37'' long, this works well in smaller spaces.

Beautifully made little settee. Took minutes to set up. Lovely wood. Fabric is not especially nice…rather cheap looking. Too bad, because it brings this little gem down a notch. I put a throw over some of the seat to mitigate the issue.. Kathleen. Providence, RI. Sun Oct 25 2026

Love the bench. It looks smaller than what I had envisioned even though I knew the measurements. Weird how that happens. Color is great, easy to assemble. Quality is good for the price.. Lisa. Houston, TX. Sat Oct 17 2026

This is a super nice wood bench. It is sort of rustic in appearance, yet it still fits nicely into a more traditional setting. It arrived in one large box, and it was already nearly fully assembled. Only the legs and leg support needed to be bolted on. Assembly took about 10 minutes. It took more time to unpack the parts from the box than it did to assemble. All hardware and a wrench is included. Though the included wrench will work, I highly recommend using a 13mm socket (not included) to attach the bolts, it will take considerably less time and effort to assemble. This was originally ordered for my north woods lake home, but it looks so good in the foyer at my surburban house, it may actually remain here! The legs come with adjustable feet so the bench can be easily leveled to remain steady on the floor, as well as to prevent scratching of the floor surface. This nice wood bench comes exactly as described and shown in the product description, I definitely recommend it!. Kory. MN. Sun Oct 25 2026

The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. What is currently used seems to be saran wrap.. Teresa. Belmont, MA. Sat Jul 02 2016
