The MDF table top is very easy to clean and maintain. The 1.347 "thick table top can be used for a long time without deformation. Four carbon steel legs support a stable table. The bottom is equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to protect the floor and maintain stability. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. This is a very nice table. Yes, it is on the red side as others have mentioned. It is much more substantial than the last table I purchased from here. The base is very sturdy and it was super easy to put together. 8 bolts was all it took.
