Unfortunately, the built-in traycup holder was broken off when the chair arrived, which was disappointing. That said, the rest of the chair and ottoman were in good condition and feel well made. Assembly was still simple, and the set is functional and comfortable overall. With better packaging for the tray, this would easily be a 5-star purchase.
