I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. This modular sectional is absolutely stunning! I was incredibly impressed when it arrived, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I initially paid extra for professional assembly, but once I unpacked everything, I realized it was much simpler than expected. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how everything connected, and after that, assembly was a breeze. In fact, I canceled my assembly appointment because it simply wasn’t worth spending the extra $100. I was able to put the entire sectional together by myself, and I’m a small woman, so I think most people will find the setup very manageable. My only minor complaint is that some of the pillows arrived with a few smudges or marks on them, likely from handling during packaging. It seemed as though whoever packed the item may not have been wearing gloves. Fortunately, the marks were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction with the product. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The sectional is beautiful, easy to assemble, and exceeded my expectations. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. This sectional is quite comfortable with moderately firm cushions and a nicely versatile ottoman. It took us about 4 hours to fully unbox and assemble. Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged.
