Took 24 minutes to build and was very easy to put together. Scan the code and watch the video much easier then looking at the pictures. The photo showed a height of 24.8" its actually 25.2" which made it not fit under my desk but the specifications shows 26" so should've read that. The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. This is a beautiful piece of office furniture. Looks very good. Took about 3 hours to put together. If you are not good with reading instructions fully get help. It's somewhat strong, but I would only use it for hanging file folders. The bottoms of the draws are made with some sort of hardboard and the weight is not sufficient to hold much of anything else in my opinion. They are just slid into slots on the bottom. Love this filing cabinet!!!! Well made, pretty lightweight which was good, it came well packaged, not a scratch or a ding. The driver, a lovely young man, deserves a raise. We had a dolly to wheel this draft horse of a file cabinet out of his truck and into our garage. I'm 80 years old and my husband of 53 years is 82 and I did the heavy lifting and the two guys made it easy to get this wonderful piece of office equipment into the garage just before it rained!
