I ordered this for my 80 year old mother who mostly walks with a cane but needs a little more support from time to time. I liked the versatility of this product, which converts from a rollator to a transport wheelchair pretty easily. It was a bit challenging to put together. The first try I ended up putting it together backwards-the QR code on the instructions took me to an instruction video for a different product (a bathtub grab bar) and the photos included in the instructions weren’t detailed enough to be helpful. But I figured it out and once it was together it was great. It’s not very heavy, has break locks to keep it steady when sitting down or getting up, the foot rests are very light and easy to add or remove and store under tor seat, and my mom loves the purple color, which is more like a lilac or deep lavender than purple. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the back rest needs to be more adjustable. My mom is a fairly small person and she has to sit all the way back in the chair to have her back against the backrest and complains that it should be a bit higher, but there is no way to make the backrest smaller or move it higher up. I love this! I had it on my baby registry and got it before my baby was born. He’s almost 5 months and 22lbs and has fit in it great since he was born (7.5lbs). This is so much nicer than I expected! The travel system is really sleek looking in person and I love that there are so many configurations (three levels for seat/carrier and then part for toddler to sit or stand on the back). No issues folding or attaching and removing the different seats quickly. The best part is that the toddler seat converts into a bassinet! I was so surprised to find that feature as I really wanted a bassinet after visiting my cousin in London, but didn’t want to get a system where I had to pay for something separately. It just wasn’t practical in my mind here in the US. To add, I purchased the 2-in-1 wagon which has the accessory to attach the infant carrier. I absolutely love this product! I have an 8 month old son and a 2 year old nephew. They both fit in here with ample space and comfortably. Its easy to set up and take down. The larger wheels are easily removed so if you have a smaller car like I do (hatchback Subaru impreza)you can remove those to make space. The handle being able to move for pushing or pulling is easy and a lifesaver for hills. The ease in which the wagon moves is like butter and very easy to steer as well. As someone who’s only had designer strollers for my other 3 kids (bugaboo, city select, envelo, wonderfold,graco) I really like it.
