Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

Absolutely beautiful. Super simple to put together I did it alone. My son did have to help put boxes inside. But after that I opened it and assembled myself. EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026

Crafted for refined living, this modern power recliner pairs sculpted American design with indulgent comfort. Dual motors, a power headrest, and premium top-grain leather create a quietly luxurious retreat for elevated relaxation and effortless everyday living.

FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Headrest is not so high as to tip your head forward - hits perfectly behind the head. I can totally see myself falling asleep in this chair. Excellent purchase.. Kathy P. Ramer, TN. Sat Jun 13 2026

My honest review of the chair. The leather is very nice. Everyone who has seen it in person all commented on how nice they thought it looked and found it comfortable. I am a big fan of the leather. As for comfort the chair is on the harder side but still comfortable for long viewing sessions. The arm rests aren’t the most comfortable and could be softer. The zero gravity while watching tv or playing games is very comfortable and can give you the perfect viewing angle. I do not recommend this chair if you are over 5 foot 9. I am 6 feet and it is too small for me but still very comfortable. My legs stick way over the end but it is fine. Overall the chair is very high quality just a bit on the smaller side. In addition the chair was damaged in shipment but the manufacturer was very responsive and worked with me to fix it. This is not a paid review. I think many people will love this chair for home theatre or just sitting in. Just don’t expect a plush and super soft chair. Love the built in table too. And the entire back of the chair adjusts which is a nice feature. Overall a nice product and very good quality leather.. Matthew. Austin Texas. Mon Sep 28 2026

Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. Vicki. Tampa, FL. Thu Oct 29 2026
