Sturdy but there seems to be millions of parts, screws and nuts with not great instructions. I put together but myself but would of been easier with 2 people. Quality looks good but will need to use zip ties eventually to replace the ties for the roof. Very disappointed that it went on sale right after I purchased and Wayfair does not refund difference.. I purchased two of the Chamiya Metal and Wood Pet Furniture Style Crates in Black, and I absolutely love them! Assembly was surprisingly easy, with clear, straightforward instructions. I was able to put both crates together entirely by myself without any issues. The crates are definitely heavy and sturdy, but they are still easy to slide across my tile floors when I need to clean. The three doors open and close smoothly, making it convenient to access the crates, and they are very easy to keep clean. I especially love the brown wood tops, which give the crates a beautiful furniture-style appearance rather than the look of traditional dog crates. The tops are also perfect for storing my dogs' blankets, which is an added bonus! Shipping was incredibly fast, and both crates arrived securely packaged and well-protected. Although they are heavy, I consider that a positive because they feel solid and well-made. I had to return one of them as I didn't have part of the gate I needed (two of the same item in the box), while that was a feat, with it being heavy, Wayfair shipped out my replacement super quick and were super helpful!! Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase! They are functional, attractive, and blend nicely with my home decor. I would definitely recommend these crates to anyone looking for something stylish, sturdy, and practical for their babies!. Michelle. Dunedin, FL. Tue Oct 13 2026

I am so happy with how this turned out. It is the perfect size for my 20 pound Chihuahua mix. He is very strong and has escaped wire and plastic crates before. It was hard to set up with just one person and I think I put the front door upside down but not willing to undo the crate for that.. Anonymous. Sat May 02 2026

The description mentions an indestructible crate and I was optimistic but cautious. I have a very anxious shepherd who has torn crates apart. This one arrived and I was encouraged at how strong it felt while assembling, which took about 30 mins with two people. She has not escaped, damaged or broken anything in this crate and has been in it multiple times up to 3 hrs. I would absolutely recommend this crate for medium to high-anxiety dogs!. Aimee. Heavy Duty Indestructible Dog Crate Creating a comfortable and safe place to play and rest for your pets

She loves it. Reason for the 4star is the latches are not well made or are cheaply made. Lastly the instructions do not have wording and one of the pictures I believe is incorrect. It’s a good size for us and is strong.. Conniem. Fredericksburg Va. Sat Aug 08 2026

This crate is perfect. First off, its HUGE which is not easy to find these days. My 170 lb cane corso has so much room in the crate. I love that I can swing the water bowl to outside the crate and refill it easily. Literally the only thing I dont like is that only two of the wheels lock so it still moves when he moves. Ill have to figure out a fix for that. Otherwise its perfect.. Jessica. Long Beach, MS. Sun Oct 18 2026

Built with thicken rust-resistant metal tubes and secure locking doors, it effectively prevents pets from escaping while shielding dogs from outside disturbances. Reinforced anchoring and additional waterproof covers are ideal for long-term outdoor service.

I can’t rate it for outside, as I am using it for a large indoor kennel for my two small dogs. One of them is an escape artist and I am happy to say with the height and cover he can’t climb up and out. It was easy tool free assembly and is nice and solid. Personally, I’d rather not have the extra little door at the bottom as I don’t use it and think the door might be a bit more solid without it.. Edythe. US. Sat Sep 06 2025
