The perfect bedside companion deserves to be as stylish as it is functional. The Benevides Nightstand features the collection's signature beige sintered stone top a cool, hard surface ideal for lamps, phones, and bedside reads. Two drawers, each lined in rich red velvet, offer discreet storage for nighttime essentials, while the crystal acrylic bar pulls add a glamorous sparkle that catches the light. Built from the same black wire-brushed engineered wood as the full Benevides suite, the nightstand sits on elegant, tapered legs for a light, airy look that prevents the piece from visually overwhelming the space.
As my husband was helping me attach the legs to this beautiful, heavy nightstand, (meaning I watched and gave valuable moral support) he commented about the features of this product. Finish? Check, very nice. Manufactured stone top? Beautiful. Drawer function? Glides work well but the bottom drawer is poorly aligned. Assembly? Easy. Hardware?
Now here’s where our assessment split. This nightstand has bling. Now this is going on his side of the bed. He is many things, but bling guy he decidedly is not. He was cool with the red velvet inside the top drawer because “things won’t roll around and it doesn’t show.” But these handles? I like them. He does not.
Regardless, I would have given this five stars except for the poor alignment of the bottom drawer. It doesn’t show shut with a little extra push, but I see myself giving that extra push when the anti-bling guy doesn’t take the time to do it. 4 1/2 stars.. Patty. Maumelle, AR. Fri Jun 05 2026
