I love the tall dresser. I gave it 4 stars because the handle was warpedbent and I finally gave up and put on a handle I had from my craft supply stash. I’ve been eyeing this dresser for about a year now, and I’m very happy with my purchase! The dresser is extremely heavy, sturdy, and well-made. It definitely doesn’t feel like a cheap piece of furniture that will break or fall apart quickly. It has a beautiful, high-end and elegant look that makes it feel much more expensive than it is. One thing I will mention is that the dresser is wider than I expected and also shorter than it appeared in the product images. That wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, just something I noticed once it arrived. My only real complaint, and the reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five, is the hardware. The handle knobs are somewhat loose, and some of them are already starting to show signs of wear. The knobs also appear more bronze up close, although from a distance they have more of a gold hue. Overall, I’m still very happy with my purchase! It’s a beautiful, substantial piece of furniture that looks great in the room and feels like it will hold up well over time.. Anonymous. The cabinet is gorgeous! I will say that I don't understand why Wayfair has it listed as "assembly required" other than to make an extra buck off the consumer. The Wayfair assembly guy was very professional that I paid an extra $100 for to assemble the product. He did assist me with moving it in the house from the garage, he tightened some screws as well as assembled the feet. I hope to have him back to assemble some other items. This piece comes fully assembled with the exception of the feet that basically screw in the bottom. It did arrive with a crack in the wood at the bottom near the base easily repaired with black wood putty and a little black stain. This chest is cute and looks great once assembled, but putting it together was definitely more difficult and time-consuming than expected. My biggest complaint is the drawer system. For safety, it only allows one drawer to be open at a time, which sounds nice in theory but is frustrating in everyday use. The drawers are very picky—you have to push a drawer completely closed, often with more force than should be necessary, before another drawer will open. If it’s even slightly out of place, the other drawers lock up. After using it for a while, this feature has become more annoying than helpful.
