The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer. However, if you take your time and work through it carefully, it’s absolutely possible to get everything configured correctly. Once it’s up and running, it’s been reliable and performs beautifully. It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup.
