This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. This recliner is very comfortable. The fabric is soft, and it’s a nice wide and soft seat. I’ve never owned a recliner, so I can’t really know if it’s a good deal for the money. I hope that it’s sturdy, but it does feel like if people were roughhousing in it, it could tip over. I guess that it’s not the heaviest and sturdiest recliner out there. But it is so comfy. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. I bought two of these and they are so comfy…amazing. This is my 3rd lift chair that I’ve purchased from Wayfair, and by far my favorite. There is more padding in the seat and leg area, no bare wood anymore. I absolutely love it. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because it won’t allow the back of the chair to stay forward when reclining the legs.
