The color is purple with lavender and green. I have a gripper pad underneath. It’s easy to vacuum with the roller beaters on as well. It’s not soft if you walk barefoot but I wasn’t going for soft. This rug came in a beautiful, deep marine color. It looks very high-end and great quality… It does need to be vacuumed as it is wool, so it does set a little bit.
