Giving this a low score due to poor packaging that resulted in both leg supports being broken during shipping. I have provided photos of the broken legs as well as the back and seat cushions. Other than the poor packaging this seems like a nice chair. I currently have the parts on order to replace so I will update my review based on how well they resolve the problem and my overall opinion of the chair once I am able to put it together and use it. Updating rating to 5 stars as replacement parts were sent quickly and chair is good quality and comfortable.. Caleb. US. Sat Apr 18 2026

Construction was solid with no gaps, very comfortable and sturdy chair. It suits our purpose perfectly. The only negatives: we were missing a bolt and the bolt covers were cheap plastic that didn't match the wood and didn't fit on the bolts, so they were unusable. The chair looks alright without the covers, but the missing bolt is disappointing.. Alyssa. Katy, TX. Fri Sep 11 2026

I'm happy with my purchase! After reading all the reviews I was a little skeptical on the frames. The frames are a bit delicate as they scratch easily. Just hang them up and leave them be. The fronts are plexiglass which I prefer instead of glass. And they were on sale. They're perfect for the space in my bedroom.. Terry. Clearwater, FL. Sat Apr 18 2026
