A Design Dua original design, the nap & pack basket is made to complement your home after use as a Moses basket for your newborn. It easily blends into home decor. This basket can be used as a Moses basket and later used as a storage basket anywhere in your home. This creative design is safe for use as a Moses basket but remains a beautiful home decor piece afterward. They call their bassinets, "nature's bassinets", as they are completely handmade with dried natural elephant grass. Elephant grass is similar to hardened hay. Each basket takes several days to weave from start to finish. This is a very difficult completely handwoven craft, as a result, patterns and natural dyeing may vary slightly. Leather handle colors may range slightly within their color groups. Baskets are made in a controlled environment according to government-issued safety standards. Our products have been tested by a US CPSC-approved laboratory for safety. Baskets are not to be used with any other pillows or mattresses. Adding other items to a bassinet can cause suffocation/SIDS. The baskets are made under strict standards and sanitary conditions, each is factory-woven, steam-cleaned, and prepared for use. Raw dried animal hide is not used, quality leather or cloth is added to each basket.

Suitable for babies up to 20 lbs., the Starling Smart Bassinet provides a cozy mattress pad with a removable, machine-washable cover and the ability to choose between 5 natural rocking motions—Cradle, Sway, Flutter, Cascade, and Zephyr—to comfort your little one. The Starling Smart Bassinet immediately responds to your baby’s cry with one of its calming motions to lull them back to sleep, or 5 soothing sounds through the built-in Bluetooth® speaker, all with customizable timers. This product is designed with a firm, flat sleeping surface that meets the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recommendations for safe sleep. The yarn produced is soft, comfortable, and breathable––perfect for your little one. Powered by Zoundream, our groundbreaking CryAssist™ technology uses AI to translate your little one’s cries, letting you know if they might be sleepy, fussy, gassy, agitated, or hungry; and by knowing what is bothering your baby, you’ll be able to respond to their needs quickly and with confidence. Your little one is communicating with you, and with CryAssist, now you’ll know what they’re saying. Each of CryAssist’s response-based features are optional, ensuring control is always in your hands. With cries and cry data kept anonymous and encrypted on our cloud, private moments are kept between you and baby. Pair with our easy-to-use Connected Family app to create “Scenes” for your little one. These customized responses make it easier to comfort and monitor your child—anytime, from anywhere on your smartphone or tablet.

I received the Maxi-Cosi Starling Smart Bassinet as part of a product testing program. This bassinet has saved our sleep! We were originally cosleeping with a traditional non smart bassinet in our room but our velcro baby would not stay asleep in it for long. With this bassinet, we were able to move her to her own room and utilize the smart features to help soothe her when she just needed a little rocking to get back to sleep. If she is in a full blown meltdown, the CryAssist technology alerts us to a potential cause. It's not always the most accurate or the fastest to provide readings, but I feel with some more training-rating the algorithm could potentially read our baby's cries with more accuracy. The app is a little clunky UX-wise, and takes a little getting used to, and there are a TON of tools to the point that it's almost a little overwhelming, but that also means that this bassinet could work for a wide variety of babies, and should appeal to the most data-obsessed parents. Overall we have enjoyed the looks and functionality of this bassinet, and honestly I wish there was an option to convert it to a larger crib! We are spoiled with the ability to turn it on with the tap of a finger or the app, and it's helped our baby get herself to sleep while still drowsy.. Lbowling19. Richmond, VA. Mon Nov 18 2024

Bilia means newborn in Gurenɛ, a dialect attributed to the originators of this craft. Made from elephant grass and dyes, this Moses basket bassinet is beautifully handcrafted for your newborn. They call their bassinets "Nature's Bassinets", as they are completely handmade with dried natural elephant grass. Elephant grass is similar to hardened hay. Each basket takes several days to weave from start to finish. This is a very difficult, completely handwoven craft, as a result, patterns and natural dyeing may vary slightly. Leather handle colors may range slightly within their color groups. The basket is made of all-natural grass, without additives. The basket can become misshapen in transit but can be easily fixed by reshaping.
