Bamboo54 Handmade Bamboo Curtain

This bamboo door curtain presents a practical solution for keeping flying insects out of the house, but it can also be used purely decoratively. Its dense bamboo stems not only keep out insects but also provide privacy and heat insulation, while still keeping your entrance easily accessible.

This fits over the outside of our front door - I likethe look and sound headed out onto our wood paneled front porch. I love being able to keep the front door open for breeze. So much nicer than the plastic magnetic fly curtains - It seems to be effective with the bugs although this has been a less buggy summer than usual. My only issue: The beads taper in size towards the bottom and are quite fragile - hopefully it will hold up for many seasons.. Catherine. Seattle, WA. Sat Jul 25 2026

I am absolutely blown away by how beautiful this bamboo shade is! I ordered based on my window measurements, and the fit is perfect. Installation was incredibly easy—it literally took me no more than a couple of minutes. The shade is exactly as described, but seeing it in person exceeded my expectations. The natural texture and the way it filters the light are gorgeous. It adds so much warmth and completely changes the feel of the entire room. My photos were taken on a cloudy day, so they really don’t capture its true beauty. It’s even prettier in person! Easily five stars.. Tiffany. MI. Wed Oct 14 2026

Fabulous and easy to install. However, package should have come with instructions on how the blinds work. I couldn’t figure out how they go up and down and thought that perhaps a string needed to be cut. Fortunately, I didn’t snip anything and just pulled down on them realizing that they go up and down with a simple pull and push of the hand. I saw another person in review s had snipped the cable, rendering them useless. The color brings a lot of warmth to my gray kitchen. I’ve gone ahead and ordered two more for bedrooms.. Christine. Black bamboo has culms that are green when they first emerge from the ground, and within months they acquire the natural black color with dark-brown patches that give this bamboo a beautiful, rich, appearance. The culms of this bamboo are used extensively in Japanese woodworking and are excellent for indoor and outdoor decoration. Our Timor black timber bamboo poles come in an average of 2-3 inches in diameter. They are made up of a thick wall of heavy bamboo and are crack-resistant. Color and actual diameter will vary due to the natural material. We cannot guarantee a specific diameter of each pole, only that they will be between the diameter of 2-3 inches. Bamboo poles may also have different diameters at either end, this is due to the way bamboo grows.

They’re perfect—just too wide in diameter for our vase. Truly bummed I can’t use them.. Traci. South Florida. Sun Dec 28 2025

Reed fences are inexpensive bamboo-like coverings for existing fences, walls, or screens. Reed fences are commonly used to cover chain link fences, deck railings, and more. Our exclusively designed reed fencing is a wonderful and natural addition to your home and garden. We use only clean polished reeds woven together with black nylon-coated wires that match perfectly with the color tone of the fence. Most other reed fences on the market are made with non-polished reed with husk. This fence is NOT opaque. You would need to double or triple it for total coverage. It is very light and thin but makes a great covering or accent for your home.

It is a beautiful fit for living rooms, dining spaces, home offices, and other areas where texture and natural light are part of the look. A coordinating woven valance finishes the top for a polished look that feels thoughtful and pulled together. Made for an approachable DIY window refresh, the shade supports both inside and outside mounting and includes mounting hardware and installation instructions. Choose an inside mount for a clean, built-in appearance or an outside mount for additional presence and coverage around the window.
