I purchased this sofa for my office, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The color was very true to the description and photos online. It’s a nice charcoalblue-gray that looks modern and neutral, but it still has enough color to keep it from feeling boring. I was especially happy with how well it works with my area rug and accent pillows. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. I was able to get it put together without any trouble, and once assembled, it feels sturdy for a smaller, basic sofa. The wooden legs are also a nice touch and give it a more finished, mid-century look. This is definitely a smaller-scale sofa, so I wouldn’t purchase it expecting a big, plush living-room couch that you’re going to sink into for hours. However, for what it is, I think it’s a great little sofa. It would be perfect for a dorm room, apartment, home office, waiting area, bonus room, or any smaller space where you want comfortable extra seating without taking up the entire room. The cushions are fairly firm, which I actually prefer for my office since it keeps the sofa looking neat and structured. Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! I would give more starts for this if I could. The material looks so expensive and very clean and neat. The chair was assembled by two people in less than 30 minutes, so not a project at all. The cushions need 72 hours or more to completely fill out so this is the first picture right after putting it together and I feel confident the looser areas will fill out. I’m honestly really impressed with this set so far. The packaging came in 4 heavy boxes, so be prepared — this is definitely not one of those super light, flimsy furniture sets. You’ll probably want help moving and assembling it. Assembly took longer than I expected, but once everything started coming together, you could really tell the quality was there. The fabric texture feels soft and rich, the frame feels durable, and the overall look is very elevated and modern. Right now I only have the smaller chair from the set fully assembled in my space, and I already love it. It blends perfectly with my setup and gives that cozy but sophisticated look I was going for. I love this set and it looks nice and was a great value, however, the largest piece (sofa) broke while we were putting it together, and in a place that will significantly impact the stability of the piece. The other pieces were simple to assemble but I will admit a little unstable feeling, and the loveseat squeaks a bit when you move around while seated, so it just doesn't feel like the highest quality. However, I actually really love the look of the set and hope that it will last us a few years as long as we are reasonably gentle, and assuming we can get the parts replaced by Wayfair. UPDATE: Called Wayfair customer service and they supposedly sent out replacement parts right away. Was very pleased with the interaction, they are always friendly and efficient. Well, Wayfair DIDN'T merely send replacement parts...they didn't even send out a replacement of the full sofa--THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE 4-PIECE LIVING ROOM SET!! While this was lovely of them and now I have a backup set for our rec room, it was a huge surprise and actually kind of made me feel bad because only a small piece was broken and though not 100% stable, even with the broken part the sofa holds together fairly well. I originally gave the set 4 stars simply because of the piece that broke, and also just because the set is beautiful but not "plush" if you're sitting a lot, but I've upgraded to 5 stars after having it a couple of months because we have gotten great use out of it, spills clean up great on the upholstery in a house with pets and a kiddo, and of course, for Wayfair's excellent customer service..
