Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. The bed is sturdy, and looks as pictured. It was delivered in a few pieces and required assembly on site, but it wasn’t so bad. That said, the manufacturer assembly instructions were sparse and the side boards were a different part number than the slats were intended to pair with, so we had to modify some of the assembly which was a little frustrating. All hardware included except a philips head screwdriver that you won't need if you use a screw gun for slats only.
