These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. This is a very nice set of three baking sheets, and I like having the different sizes to choose from depending on what I’m making. The pans feel sturdy and well made, and the textured surface gives them a nice, substantial feel. We used the smallest pan to bake sweet potato fries, and they turned out very well. The textured bottom seems to help with air circulation underneath the food, and the fries baked nicely and evenly. I also appreciate that the three pans nest together for easier storage. The only small issue I noticed was a minor cosmetic blemish on the smallest pan. It does not affect the performance at all, so it wasn’t enough for me to lower the rating. Overall, this is a versatile, good-quality set that should be useful for everything from cookies and roasted vegetables to sheet-pan meals and smaller batches. I’m very happy with them.. Pamela.
