Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! So far they have been used for a few days and are comfortable and seem sturdy. This pool lounger is okay overall, but I was expecting it to look and feel a little more upscale than it does. From a distance it looks nice by the pool, but up close, the materials and overall construction don’t really give it that fancy, expensive outdoor-furniture look I was hoping for. I do like the gray color, and the mesh seat is comfortable and should be great for wet swimsuits since water can drain right through. The adjustable back is a nice feature, and I really appreciate the wheels, which make it much easier to move around the pool deck. The built-in cup holder is also a great little bonus! It’s a good size and perfectly functional for lounging by the pool, but the frame has more of a moldedplastic appearance than a high-end resort-style lounger. The exposed hardware and back construction also make it feel a little less polished than I expected. Overall, there’s nothing necessarily wrong with it—it does what it’s supposed to do and has some convenient features. Great chairs overall! They look high end and are really comfortable. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took maybe 30 to 40 minutes per chair. We love that they have wheels on the back so you can move them around the yard depending on where the sun is. The reason I only gave four stars is because in some of the photos it shows an adjustable back which made us think that these recline. They do not recline, and you can’t change the position at all!
