Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Lid handles and long handles feature heat breaks to help them stay cool on the cooktop during use. Long handles feature a finger stop that guides your hand to the perfect grip for comfort, balance and control. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. The glass lids are oven safe to 350°F. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike, the 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware Set from Viking serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location.
