The Nuovo Milano series has a rich assortment of table and serving objects, including fish cutleries. The fish fork has the typical slightly flattened prongs and it presents soft and rounded shapes like all the objects of this sophisticated set of cutleries.

In designing this cutlery, we paid great attention to detail, so that each component of the service is easy to hold and pleasant to hold because using the right tools fusion will make the taste of delicious food richer.

This Santiago 18/10 stainless steel dinner knife, has a mirror-polished finish, designed by the English architect David Chipperfield. Attention to 'continuity of form' makes the grip appear soft in style yet the overall design is startling, despite its apparent simplicity.

I have a lot of parties and somehow have ended up with little to no forks so I was very happy to see that there just forks available. These forks are super nice, heavy weight, unique looking. Bon Chef's flatware is designed for commercial use, heavy 18/8 stainless steel. Handling instructions: Do not soak in water with other metal objects. Carefully clean after use. Wash in hot water with non-abrasive non-corrosive cleaning agent. Rinse in water of at least 180 degrees. A wetting agent or water softener may be required if using water with high mineral content. Avoid prolonged contact with acid substances (ex. lemon/vinegar). Avoid using cleaning solutions containing ammonia or lemon. Avoid using any form of chlorine bleach which will discolor stainless steel. Dry immediately.
