I love these!! I purchased 2 for my guest room. They were easy to put together, take your time and think it through and it is a snap. I will say that the smallest screws that are provided are annoying and they did not hold well, especially putting the doors on toward the end - but I still gave it a 5 star rating - they were VERY cost effective!!. I had to find some that were a tad bit longer from my box of leftover screws. I also used some Wood Glue when screwing the doors to the frame. Not bad for this "elderly" woman!! :). Melinda. Husband and wife tag team to put together the armoire. The first one took 2 hours, the second one took 1.5 hours and the third one took 1 hour so in total 4.5 hrs. We had EDM music playing in the background so it kept us motivated throughout the process. The directions were very easy to follow. Looks great, sturdy, but overengineered in some places while underengineered in others. The good part: 1) Looks great 2) Lots of storage space 3) Can move shelves around to create bigger/smaller spaces The bad: 1) Assembly took forever. I don't understand why you need three screws for each hinge door and then three additional screws to attach to the side panel for EACH hinge. Two is the standard for a reason. 2) Don't understand why most of the screws are black, the door stoppers are brown, and the magnets and door screws are silver.
