Well this is a great product but putting it together was a lot! The instructions were hidden along with the screws necessary for installation. CRAZY AMAZING! This is such a high-quality stainless steel range hood, and what great convenience that is convertible! You have you ever been in the situation where you bought the wrong appliance, it’s all unboxed and you’re installing it and realize oh darn! The pieces are extremely heavy and will require two people to mount that that’s pretty common with any very good range hood. Definitely stainless steel quality, the craftsmanship is sleek and modern. All parts are included as pictured. They added a nice touch of some oven mitts in brand new potholders that they cleverly used isn’t insulation in the box. There are only one drawback to this product that is that the vent is black plastic, it may not affect any performance, but that’s something I wish was that are quality material. However, I’m not familiar with other range hoods so I’m not sure if that is common or not. Adds a real statement to our kitchen, we are still waiting for our installer, but have mock fitted it into place and it’s just a huge wow. Beautiful item and it runs fabulous. This is a work in progress. I’m so far very happy with the quality of this range hood. The look is what attracted me to it. I wanted something modern but not too common. I will need to follow up with more pics after is fully installed. It is quite heavy so I’m reinforcing my ceiling just to make sure it is very secure. This is such a nice range hood. I love the sleek, upscale design. It has all the bells and whistles. It has a touch panel, a remote, timer, and LED lights. The fan has 4 speeds, and although it’s not loud, it’s also not quiet. I had mine professionally installed. Per the installer, it wasn’t difficult to install. I haven't installed this range hood yet, but my first impression is outstanding. It looks sleek, modern, and very elegant. The black finish combined with the curved tempered glass gives it a premium look that perfectly complements my new kitchen design. Well I have it out of the box the reason for this purchase was I have tall ceilings and I needed a exhaust fan that I didn’t have to figure out how to get additional pieces or have to build down from the ceiling to close the gap. This fan assembly fit that bill it’s also a rental property and so I didn’t want a glass unit even though I have one like that and like it a lot this unit is more “renter friendly” and safe no ones going to break it.. Nice unit. Relatively easy to install with 2 people. 1st unit damaged and refunded. 2nd unit better but still some hidden cosmetic damage to the hood. Hood could be thicker metal to prevent this, and QC needs better eyes out the door. This will suit our purposes just fine! Seems to be a decent value and is very sharp looking. Nice and quiet at the lower settings. A bit noisy on high, but not unexpected. Don’t love the light location, back against the wall. Tempted to remove a star for that, but at this price point, ... it's fine. Removing all the blue protective film from the baffles was annoying, but what can you do?
