I am very pleased with the slide-out shelf/unit that was received when ordering the "Pull-out cabinet drawer". I purchased a "Baker's Rack" to use as a coffee station - teas, coffee's, smoothies, etc. and didn't measure quite enough. I bought this cable tray because I enjoyed it had a method without having to drill a hole. Super great for that reason alone, particularly if you have a minimalist desk with glass like I do! The metal tray kinda appears bent which I cant tell if its like that because of shipping or because its that type of cheap metal that flexes a bit when you tighten it to something. 15.5” opening (16.5” width cabinet) 15 inch pull out fit perfectly! Absolutely happy w quality and accessibility to items! Nothings lost and forgotten about. Organizes things so nicely. Make sure the pieces of wood attached to the assembly for the drawers you install left on left and right on right, there’s a little maybe half an inch height that allows the drawer to pull out smoothly. If it sits on a shelf, it attaches to the sidewall so it’s anchored sitting on the removable shelf is just extra support, but there’s no flipping because it attaches to the side walls. Second note you wanna make sure that you have half an inch to 1 inch in the back my debt in my cupboards are 23 inches. With my hinges, the board sits right behind it leaving about an inch behind it and it shuts perfectly. It does not come with measurement so my right side the opposite of my hinges I had to measure. I did also have to when I had the wood pressed up against the side. I did have to drill before I screwed the screws in. Little time-consuming, but installation was pretty simple. I would say it took me about 20 minutes per shelf and that’s because of pre-drilling the holes and aligning and measuring. As a 48-year-old woman I’ve installed 12 of these. Sturdy well crafted preassembled. If you’re sitting on the fence about pull out drawers, these are amazing. I would say if you’re wondering about the width 1.5 inches extra. I recently purchased the Yamazaki Home Tower Under-Appliance Drawer and I am so impressed with it. The quality is excellent, just as I’ve come to expect from Yamazaki Home products. The steel frame is sturdy and doesn’t wobble, even with my espresso machine on top. The slide-out shelves are incredibly smooth and really make a difference in keeping my counters organized. I use the top pull-out for utensils and the lower one for everyday items like tea, spices, and kitchen towels. What I love most is how much counter space it freed up. Instead of clutter everywhere, everything has a clean and tidy place to go. It looks modern and minimal, but also very functional. The design is clever and the 31.5” width fits perfectly in my kitchen without feeling bulky.
