This stock pot is great for large batches of soup, stews and in my case, non-dairy milk! I make non-dairy yogurt at home twice a month and need to boil and simmer large amounts of soy milk. This pot works perfectly for the batch size I make (~3 liters). I also thought the milk protein would stick and be a nightmare to clean, but it actually didn't! Everything that was stuck to the sides and bottom came right off with just a mild scrubbing.
