I have about 5 of these pumps. They work good at first and will last long time however not dependable. When overheat they stop. But most of all I wish they would come on every time you turn it on or when water gets under them. I have to prime it ( give it some air ) movevit around up and down to come on and not fun when raining outside in the cold. But better than little giant and less expensive. Donna W.. Tue Mar 05 2019

Hello, I purchased a Sewage Pump Basin from your website, but I received the wrong item. Instead of the Sewage Pump Basin that I ordered, I received a drain snake / drain cleaning machine. This is not the product shown in my order. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially because this was my first purchase from Wayfair. I also no longer have the option to request a return through the website. Please let me know how you can resolve this issue and send me the correct Sewage Pump Basin that I purchased. Unfortunately, this has been my first and last purchase from Wayfair.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 26 2026
