4 Star Steel Cutlery Set

The Viking 10-Piece True Forged Knife Block Set is designed to exceed the expectations of home chef’s, offering greater sharpness, strength, balance, and durability. Designed for a lifetime of use, each blade is fully forged from a single piece of German-Steel. These fully forged knives are constructed with a full bolster, integrated tang, and a hygienic triple-riveted ABS handle to provide a comfortable grip. While dishwasher safe, we always recommend only handwashing your cutlery for best performance. The set features a limited lifetime warranty and includes: • 8” Chef Knife • 8” Carving Knife • 8” Bread Knife • 7” Santoku Knife • 5” Tomato Knife • 5” Serrated Utility Knife • 3.5” Paring Knife • 10” Sharpening Steel • Kitchen Shears • Wood Block This product contains: Iron, Chromium, Manganese, Nickel, Vanadium, Molybdenum, and Formaldehyde For more information about chemicals in this product, visit www.vikingculinaryproducts.com/pages/disclosures.html Para obtener más información sobre los productos químicos de este producto, visite www.vikingculinaryproducts.com/pages/disclosures.html

The Viking 17pc Cutlery Set is designed for the home chef continuing to refine their cutlery handling skills. Featured in the set are both the most commonly used everyday knives like a Chef Knife, and Paring Knife, plus additional styles like the Boning Knife and 5” Serrated Utility Knife, to expand your cutlery library with more advanced blades that make easy work of any culinary task at hand. The premium German steel blades are designed to deliver the ideal balance between edge retention and the ability to sharpen the blade while withstanding years of use. The heavy duty forged bolster on the handles help to balance the knife during use while protecting your fingers from sliding forward to the blade itself. The full tang triple riveted handles are ergonomically shaped to provide a secure and comfortable grip. The bolster end of the handle can also be used for crushing garlic, ginger, nuts, and more. The 16-slot cutlery block is made of sustainable Ash wood with Walnut color finish to compliment a wide variety of kitchen designs. This set includes: 8” Chef Knife, 7” Santoku Knife, 8” Carving Knife, 8” Bread Knife, 6” Boning Knife, 5” Serrated Utility Knife, 3.5” Paring Knife, 3.5” Serrated Paring Knife, 6 – 4.5” Steak Knives, 10” Sharpening Steel, Kitchen Shears, and an Ash wood block. The six steak knives are partially serrated to cut through any type of steak. The cutlery is dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend only handwashing cutlery to protect the metal and prevent the cutting edges of the blades from getting damaged in the dishwasher. This set comes with a limited lifetime Warranty. The Mikasa French Countryside flatware set is a quaint design, versatile enough to coordinate with multiple decorating styles. It has a highly polished finish which I plan to hand wash and dry most of the time, although Im sure it would hold up well in the dishwasher. In my pictures I show another older European sized set that is slightly larger, and a vintage set that I consider human sized, along with the Mikasa set in the center.
