I bought this table to use as a work table outside, mostly for cleaning fish. It was easy to assemble. The quality and stability of the table are good. I feel like with some care, it should hold up okay. I like the shelf and the fact that it's adjustable. I'm going to leave the film on the shelf for now to help protect it. The length and depth of this work bench is perfect. The adjustable height works well, however you do have to turn it over the change the length of the legs. I did notice it was a little less stable at the tallest setting, so we did lower it a bit and that seemed to help. My only problem with the table is the joint in v the center.
