I’m still in the middle of putting together but it seems to be well made. Definitely a 2 man job on assembly, at least for this 61 year old! Got for grandchildren and I’m sure they will enjoy. Had a problem with delivery-FedEx issue, not Wayfair. This comes in 4 boxesand only 3 arrived when they were suppose to. 4th arrived 2 days later, box was damaged, so 1 piece in box was damaged. I’ll have to see if that piece will still work when I get to that part, but I don’t think it will so I will have to see about getting a replacement. Just know, all the boxes are very heavy. Update: my grandkids have slept over twice on the beds and love it! Sturdy, so I’m not worried about their safety. I love the storage in the steps! I felt like assembly was a little difficult. I would have appreciated words on some or at least the length of screws to use on parts where there were 2 different length of screws in the same bag. New purchase and will have to follow up on durability however it seems sturdy thus far (first use was last night and no issues - I slept on lower with both kids). Giving 45 due to just one use thus far and that. Came in three boxes with only a tiny bit of damage on one of the trundle storage drawers. Was nice that it came with two sets of directions so that the two of us were both able to reference things at the same time. Not sure if we are extremely slow or if it’s because we were working in a 10x10 room but this took us over 3 hours to put together. There are a few parts in the directions that were a bit difficult to see the details on the photos or they just weren’t referenced and are super important later on - specifically the holes on the bottom piece of the ends to the full which is one of the first things you put together - needs to line up with the curve so that the ladder can be placed properly - also the that whole part in relation to the stoppers for the trundle so that you have the trundle and ladder in the correct places. The stoppers aren’t stained and do show when the bed is put together - not a dealbreaker but a bit annoying. Doesn’t come with spare parts so make sure you’ve got a box - does come with Allen keys but they aren’t in the first bag you use. We did a final tightening on everything once in place and is sturdy. Excellent quality, super sturdy and very easy to assemble!!! My boys ages 11 and 9 helped me (their mom) build it in just a few hours! It’s sturdy enough that I am able to lay in the top bunk with my 11yr old and it holds up great, my husband is 300lb and lays on the bottom bunk with our 9yr old with no issues! Very solid! And we love the pull out trundle twin size bed for when they have their cousins or friends over! We currently have our nugget play couch on the trundle rather than a mattress, but will be getting a mattress for it. The only complaint I have is that it came with absolutely no extra hardware incase a piece is broken or gets lost during set up, not a single extra bolt, screw or wooden dowel, but otherwise we are very happy with this purchase!!. My kids loved this. If you're looking for floor bed frames, this is great. The bunk above is the perfect height. It definitely does take two people to assemble, so keep that mind, but it's worth it. The only thing I wish could have been better is the "windows" It's just canvas fabric. If it was solid wood or plastic would give it more a polish look. I'd still recommend though, fantastic deal..
