This ceiling fan is so beautiful! It exceeded my expectations in size quality of construction and aesthetics. The fan is a nice weight not too heavy not too light and the metal is a superior quality and coded so that it will be easy to maintain and clean. The fan blades I believe are plastic but they kind of feel like wood! Installation is a bit tricky though for us since I have to have an electrician come and put a new box in the ceiling,,but we can’t wait to get it completely installed. We tested with alternative power and it’s very quiet and runs smooth. It comes with a remote control which adds to the ease of turning off and on. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase.. The first fan I received had a wiring issue and the light would not work after I had installed it. This seemed to be a fluke and as always, Wayfair made right by it and sent a replacement right away. The new one worked perfect and I’m very happy with it. The fan is surprisingly strong and I love that the remote can attach to a mount on the wall…I’ll never lose it!
