I originally got this for a new grandson on the way. I should have examined the product details more closely as they do stipulate 3 years and older. Part number 15 consists of 6 squares with a screw hole that would definitely be a choke hazard. My 3 year old grandson will definitely enjoy playing with this toy. It is well made and has a good supply of building pieces. You can remove everything to use it as a walker, but then it would look very plain. It took awhile to put it together because there are a lot of screws. It wasn't hard to follow the directions, and all the screws and holes lined up. It is colorful and cute.. Anna. This is a fun little ride on bumper car for toddlers. My kids are within the weight limit for the piece but it feels like it struggles to move while they are riding. They may be a little too big for it to work well for them. I thought it would be so fun for them but my kids barely use it and it takes up quite a bit of space.
