Winner of America's Test Kitchen best Griddle/Grill for 2025

I wasn't expecting to use this as much as I'm now using it. It turns out, there are lots of meals that are easier to prepare on the grill, and it's easy to clean and reuse. Because it sits on a glass stove top, I have to be extremely careful turning it over -- but so far, so good.. Terry. Apex, NC. Tue Jun 16 2026

The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026
