Great quality, as always, from Lodge. I w as hoping to be able to use this on my gas grill instead of having to purchase a Blackstone. It fits on the grates of the grill fine but the handles prevent the lid from closing. Still a great purchase that I will use and enjoy for many years on the gas range in my kitchen.. Vicki. This is a substantial griddle with a large cooking surface and a sturdy overall design. One of the first things I noticed was how heavy it is, which gives it a solid feel but may make setup difficult for some people. The stainless steel construction looks durable, and the cooking area appears spacious enough to prepare meals for a family or a group. Because of the size and weight, I was not able to fully set it up and use it on my own, but my initial impression is that it is designed for serious outdoor cooking and offers plenty of cooking space.. Pancakes, fried eggs and grilled cheese all have one thing in common: they can be messy to clean up. Swiss Diamond's 17" x 11" Nonstick Double-burner Griddle puts an end to that with its state-of-the-art, diamond-infused nonstick coating that is easy to clean. This double-burner griddle allows you more room to cook your favorites from breakfast, lunch or dinner without the mess and hassle of an electric griddle. Made from cast aluminum, the heat will spread evenly over the entire cooking surface from end to end with no hotspots. Also, use it as a baking sheet to finish those drop biscuits or sugar cookies - they will slide right off instead of sticking to your pan. Oven safe up to 500 degrees F.

Clean cooking gets squared away with the Square Griddle Pan–ideal for flipping burgers, eggs, pancakes, and everything in between. With nearly twice the amount of cooking space compared to Caraway's classic Fry Pan, the Square Griddle features our signature non-stick coating for easy cooking and cleaning.

Extremely well made! Very nice and I’m sure it will last me a lifetime! Love the fact that I can use it on my ceramic top stove as not all griddles do. It’s very heavy! I’m sure if I compared to a cast iron griddle they would both be the same weight! If you’re tired of the cheap Teflon or nonstick griddles, then do yourself a favor and invest in this beautiful griddle! (Yeah, lol, it’s beautiful!). Tina. Southern Desert. Mon Feb 09 2026
