Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. I had an issue where the wrong product was sent to me at first, but the company responded quickly about returning it and getting the proper item. There are multiple weights to mix and match, and all of the pieces that you put them on feel high quality. It's easy to switch out the weights, as well.
