She bashed 3 out of 7 packages around on my porch, luckily only one thing got damaged. That I've found so far. Not Wayfair's fault. They handled a replacement very quickly with no hassle. Love love love these pendant lights. They arrived quickly, were beautifully packed and super easy to install. We did have to do a little modification on the length on some of these just to make sure that they were even but I love that they came with the lightbulb ready to go.. they also came with white gloves so that they wouldn’t end up with fingerprints on them.
