Customers praise the product's realistic appearance and good quality, noting it looks like stone and is well-made. Many find the size to be just right, fitting well in various spaces. The product is also considered a good value for the price. However, opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it darker or lighter than pictured, and others noting it does not match the online representation. There are also some concerns about the size of the planting area being smaller than expected relative to the overall product size.
