Customers find the product visually appealing, with realistic-looking branches and a natural shade of green. Many appreciate its substantial size, noting it is often larger than expected. The product quality is generally praised, with reviewers highlighting realistic bark on the trunk and sturdy construction. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the advertised size, with some finding it shorter than expected. The value is also a point of contention, with some feeling it is a superb cost, while others believe it is overpriced, especially considering the planter is not as depicted and is a basic black pot. Packaging is generally well-received, with items arriving quickly and in good condition.
