Customers generally find the product to be visually appealing, with realistic-looking branches and a natural shade of green. Many reviewers are pleased with its size, noting it is larger and taller than expected, and that it effectively enhances living spaces. The product quality is frequently praised for its realistic appearance and sturdy construction. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the advertised size, with some customers reporting it is shorter than expected. Additionally, the value is a point of contention, as some feel it is overpriced, especially since the decorative planter shown in images is not included, with the product arriving in a basic black pot. Packaging is generally well-received, with items arriving quickly and in good condition.
