Customers find the artificial tree to be visually appealing, with many noting its natural appearance and realistic leaves. The size is generally well-received, with some appreciating its width and height. However, there are concerns regarding the planter's weight, as some customers experienced the tree falling over and had to add extra weight or use a larger pot for stability. Additionally, one review mentioned a warning sticker about the material potentially causing cancer, which was not disclosed in the product description.
