Love our new crate for our dog, the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don’t provide you with better tools for someone doing it by themselves with a small screwdriver took me more than 2 hours to put together. Other than that everything else is great. Just please update your tools to at least a multi-tool or bigger size
