Our Silpat™ Cook n' Cool Perforated Tray is a must-have addition to your kitchen collection. This perforated aluminum tray with a non-stick PTFE coating will allow your creations to bake perfectly and slide off easily. On one side, cook crispy pizzas, delicious cookies, and mouthwatering tarts and quiches. When flipped around, set your pastries and more on the tray and let them cool off.
It measures 13-½" x 16 5/8" x ¾", can fit all of our Silpat molds and Half Size baking sheets, and is very easy to grasp. It is also warp-resistant and remains flat when placed in the freezer or the oven. Hand wash is recommended to make it last for many years.
