Customers are highly satisfied with the product's quality, appearance, value, and size, praising its elegant design, lightweight feel, and reasonable price. Many note that the pieces look and feel much more expensive than they are. However, customers have mixed opinions about durability, as several reviewers report that the glasses are quite fragile and break easily during washing or shipping, while others find them surprisingly sturdy.
