Pleasant Hearth 20 " W Black Electric Logs

Customers are highly satisfied with the product, praising its realistic crackling sound, warm ambiance, and attractive appearance. Many find it to be a great value for the price, offering a cozy feel without the mess of a real fire. However, some customers expressed that the crackling sound could be louder or more natural, and a few noted that the appearance seemed a bit childish when lit. One reviewer also received a unit with a crack, though it did not affect performance.
