Customers report mixed opinions on the product's size, with some finding it smaller than advertised and uncomfortable for pets. While many praise its quality and durability, with some units lasting over five years, others have received damaged items or experienced issues with the plastic being too thin. Assembly is frequently cited as difficult and complicated. However, the product is considered a good value by some, and its secure design and versatile door are highly appreciated.
