I am pleased with my purchase. Of course an injector is the best method used to get the herbsspices and juiciness deep into the meats, but this device is great. Being frugal several months ago I purchased an injector for less than 4 and sad to say, I got what I paid for....dry meat. Nevertheless, I was recently at a family members house for dinner and her dishes were the juiciest ever. She told me about Outset. I placed my order ASAP. As soon as this device was delivered I was ready to use and I will definitely say this is a good quality item. Much better than the one I had.
