Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, noting its beautiful colors and style that complement various decor. The quality is frequently highlighted, with many reviewers describing the item as well-made and durable, looking more expensive than its price. The material is also well-received, described as soft and comfortable. However, some customers experienced issues with the down insert, with feathers coming out after about six months, and one review mentioned a musty odor upon opening.
