I think this baking mat is great! I want to use it to make cookies and it looks like this will keep things from sticking to the baking pan. It’s thin and very flexible and I like how it has circles on one side and lines on the other.

This mat is nonstick, I used it to baked some chicken strips and also some diced potatoes. They did cook well, came out nice and crispy. The mat itself was very easy to clean up. Be aware that the grease did come right through the tiny holes and I still had to clean up the cookie sheet that I placed the mat on. Over all it works for me.
